Update on Stephenie Meyer's site

The official site of Stephenie Meyer has once again been updated with news. This time it's a four part video that shows the making of the music video "The Resolution".
---------------------------------------------------

October 2, 2008

I definitely agree with the many comments I have read about the music video for "The Resolution" by Jack's Mannequin: both the video and the song are extremely good. We have been given some extras by the band, and I thought that everyone would enjoy seeing them. It is "The Making of The Resolution", and you can find the first two parts of the four part series here below the original video. The next two clips will be posted on our site in the next couple of days when they become available. I hope you enjoy them!

Update on SM's site

Seth tells us about Paramore's new song "Decode" Which will be featured on the Twilight soundtrack which will be release November 4th.

------------------------------------------------

October 1, 2008

We are excited to have the exclusive unveiling of Paramore's "Decode" — the official single from the Twilight soundtrack (in-stores November 4th—please note new on-sale date).

Hayley Williams from Paramore is a huge Twilight fan and recently talked about her love of the books and the song's title:

"Twilight is the first series of books I've ever read. I didn't get into the Harry Potter series even though I love the movies. Twilight really caught my attention and held it. I'm really excited to see the book adapted to film and excited that our band gets to be a part of the phenomenon. I chose the title "Decode" because the song is about the building tension, awkwardness, anger and confusion between Bella and Edward. Bella's is the only mind Edward can't read and I feel like that's a big part of the first book and one of the obstacles for them to overcome. It's one added tension that makes the story even better." -- Hayley Williams, Paramore

Although the names of the other songs/artists which will be included on the soundtrack will not be released for a few more days, it is already available for pre-order. Click here to pre-order the official Twilight the movie soundtrack! Stay tuned for more soundtrack news.
